Definitions & Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the use of the jomplay online platform ("Platform"), accessible via the website jomplay.onl and any related subdomains or applications.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the full suite of services, websites, and applications operated under the jomplay brand.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User on the jomplay Platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited into the Account by the User for gaming purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free money, or promotional incentives awarded by jomplay.

This Agreement takes full effect when the User completes the registration process or begins using the Platform, whether explicitly or implicitly.

User Eligibility

To use the jomplay Platform, Users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Registers and uses the Platform voluntarily on their own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Is not currently prohibited from using online gambling services in the User's local jurisdiction.
• Has never been registered as a self-excluded user with jomplay or any related gambling exclusion program.

Jomplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Registration & Account Management

Each User is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the jomplay Platform. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the retention of all funds held within them.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur. jomplay is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. jomplay recommends using a strong and unique password, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Never share your account password with anyone.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Jomplay accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods listed on the Platform's payment page. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may vary by account level and can be adjusted by the User in account settings.
• Jomplay reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits based on internal risk assessments.

Jomplay reserves the right to request proof of source of funds from Users as part of the anti-money laundering (AML) compliance process. Users agree to cooperate fully in this verification process and to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.

Fund Withdrawal

Users may request a fund withdrawal from their jomplay account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per application.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the jomplay account.
• All bonus wagering requirements (if any) must be met before bonus fund withdrawals are permitted.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 6–24 hours for regular members, and near-instantly for VIP Platinum members, subject to necessary security checks. jomplay is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment operators.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Jomplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and limits stated in each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses granted carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any wins derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement rate is stated on the respective promotions page.

• Each User is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to any third party.
• Jomplay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if a User is found to have exploited the promotions system.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the stipulated period.

Game & Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the jomplay Platform are subject to their respective specific rules available in the help section of each game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before participating in any game.

All games on jomplay use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent body. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a verifiable technical error.

In the event of a technical error or system failure during gameplay, jomplay reserves the right to void or review the affected rounds. Any wins resulting from an obvious technical error will not be paid out and may be reversed from the User's account.

Account Security & Privacy

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the Platform is secure and free from malware.
• Do not log in to your jomplay account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Jomplay will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

Account Suspension & Closure

Jomplay reserves the right to suspend or close any User account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any terms and conditions in this document.
• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user registers more than one account.
• The user is found to not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., underage).
• The user uses unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the jomplay support team. Legitimate funds will be returned following the necessary review and verification.

Users who need a break from gambling activity may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming. jomplay will honour this request and restrict account access for the duration specified.

Limitation of Liability

The jomplay Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomplay shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or wagering.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties.
• Any indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses.

In any circumstances, jomplay's maximum liability to a User is limited to the amount of funds in the User's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Responsible Gaming

• Self-set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
